During the first phone call, we ask important questions that are standard for all potential new patients. These questions help us determine if our office is able to accommodate the caller’s stated needs and levels of care.
If it is determined that we are an appropriate fit for the caller’s needed level of care, we will schedule the first appointment. This process is a necessary step to make sure our patients receive the best and most appropriate patient care.
